ravioli abruzzesi pasta kit

- bring sauce to a simmer on low/medium heat
- bring pot of water to a boil
- once water is boiling, season generously with salt
- warm confit tomatoes in a small saucepan on low heat until warmed through
- bake guanciale at 375℉ until crispy
- cook ravioli for 3 minutes
- drain ravioli from water and coat with sauce
- place ravioli in dish and add confit tomatoes, crispy guanciale and fried basil
- enjoy!
