- warm porchetta on a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper at 350 for 5-7 minutes

- adjust temperature to 400 and continue to warm for 3 minutes or until skin is crispy

 

half porchetta:

- warm porchetta on a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper at 350 for 10-12 minutes

- adjust temperature to 400 and continue to warm for 3 minutes or until skin is crispy
