bucatini all'amatriciana kit
- bring sauce to a simmer on medium to low heat & reduce until thick
- bring water to a boil
- once water is boiling, season with salt
- cook pasta for 2-3 minutes
- stir gently while cooking to avoid sticking
- drain pasta from water and cook together with sauce for 1-2 minutes on medium to low heat
- mix cheese into pasta off the heat & enjoy
